25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.05% of the issued class of capital),
at 424.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 12
May 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 49,128,338
Ordinary 25p Shares.
