40,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.08% of the issued class of capital),
at 388.14p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 25
August 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,816,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
