10,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.02% of the issued class of capital),
at 248p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 10,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
19 August 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
53,311,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
