60,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.11% of the issued class of capital),
at 260p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 8
June 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 54,010,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
