110,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.2% of the issued class of capital),
at 263p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 110,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
14th October 2003 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
55,385,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
