35,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.06% of the issued class of capital),
at 266.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 12
November 2003 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 55,240,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
