purchased 100,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.18% of the issued class
of capital), at 266p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
20 November 2003 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
55,140,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
