25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.04% of the issued class of capital),
at 244p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
13th May 2003 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 56,850,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
