The Company announces that it has today repurchased 100,000 Ordinary 25p
Shares, (representing 0.16% of the issued class of capital), at the price of
404.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.
This is the third repurchase made as part of the share buy-back programme
approved by shareholders on 18th March 1999.
