The Brunner Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has today published a circular (the "Circular"). The Circular is being provided to the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders") in compliance with the Company's obligations under section 520 of the Companies Act 2006 and to bring their attention to the resignation of Deloitte LLP as an auditor of the Company as a result of restrictions on its maximum engagement period, the statement provided by Deloitte LLP in connection with its resignation, and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the replacement auditor for the financial year ending 30 November 2018.

The Circular is being sent to Shareholders for information only.  The appointment took effect on 13 December 2018. The Company is satisfied that the replacement of the auditor will not affect its ability to complete the audit and produce the annual report within the statutorily prescribed timeframe.
