The Company was advised on 18 December 2006 by Citibank N.A., that Standard
Life Investments acquired 619,063 shares on behalf of Standard Life Group.  This
increased the total held as a material interest to 9,375,402 shares being 3.169%
of the issued stock of that class. These shares are registered in the name of
Vidacos Nominees.
