HOLDING IN COMPANY

On 20 August 2007, we were informed by Citibank N.A London Branch that on 
16 August 2007 Standard Life Investments Ltd acquired 495,000 Ordinary Shares of 
11 1/19 pence each. This increases the total number of shares held by them to 
19,286,861 Ordinary Shares of 11 1/19 pence each being 7.163% of the issued 
stock of that class. These shares are registered in the name of Vidacos 
Nominees.
