Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2001, the company has been
informed that the number of shares sold to the group employee on the exercise of
their long-term incentive share plan awards should have been 4,181 shares and
not 4,168 shares, and accordingly the number of shares held by the No.2 Trust
has reduced to 238,774 shares and not 238,787 shares.
