Change of name

The Company is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval at the general meeting held on 8 April 2014, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies on 16 April 2014.  The name of the Company has been changed to Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC.

"JUS" has been reserved as the LSE Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM").

Following the change to the Company's name, existing share certificates will remain valid.
