Director's Dealing

The Company has received notice that, on 7 June 2012, Jonathan Gumpel, an Executive Director of the Company, transferred 65,500 Ordinary Shares from his and his family's personal shareholding into his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP") at a price of 1249 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Jonathan Gumpel's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 640,174 Ordinary Shares representing 5.86% of the Company's issued share capital.
