The Company received notice on 25 April 2012 that, on the same day, Nicholas Lawes, an Executive Director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1313.4 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above dealing, Nicholas Lawes' beneficial interest in the Company is 37,057 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
