Director's Dealings

The Company received notice on 30 September 2011 that, on the same day, Mrs Diane 
    Seymour-Williams, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,000 ordinary shares of 
    1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP12.47per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mrs Diane Seymour-Williams beneficial 
    interest in the Company is 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued
    share capital.
