RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Britvic announces that following her appointment as Global Chief Marketing Officer of McDonald's Corp (NYSE: MCD) and her associated relocation to the U.S. Silvia Lagnado has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 July 2015.

The Company intends to appoint a successor to Silvia in due course.

Commenting on the resignation Gerald Corbett, Chairman, said:

"Silvia has been a Director of Britvic since 2 June 2014 and has made a valuable contribution to the Company over that time. Whilst we are sad that she is stepping down from the Board so soon we would like to wish Silvia well in her new role and with her relocation to the U.S."

This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
