NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 29 January 2014 that Doug Frost, a PDMR of the Company and Laura Frost, his connected person, each sold 5,000 Ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') (total 10,000 shares), on 29 January 2014 at the price of 709 pence per share, representing 0.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above transaction, the total interest of Doug and Laura Frost in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIP and interests as a potential beneficiary of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) is 182,087, representing 0.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1).
