NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

Britvic plc ('the Company') was notified on 24 April 2009, that the following transactions have taken place in relation to the Britvic Share Incentive Plan ('SIP').  The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to receive allocations of free ordinary shares ('free shares').

1.     The SIP trust acquired 675,573 ordinary shares by purchases in the market on 
28 September 2007, 19 June, 17 September and 11 December 2008 and on 7 April 2009 at a total cost of £1,926,448.66.  The shares were allocated by the SIP Trust to employees participating in the SIP as free shares.  

2.     The following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities were each allocated 1,154 free shares as participants in the SIP, for no consideration:
