In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that Britvic plc ('the Company') was notified on 23 September 2008, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, that, Ben Gordon, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired on 23 September 2008 at the price of 2.18p per ordinary share of 20 pence each, 11,393 ordinary shares, representing 0.005 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
