CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it was informed on 1 November 2010 that Gerald Corbett (Non Executive Chairman) resigned as a Non Executive Director of SSL International plc (SSL) on 29 October 2010 following the announcement by Reckitt Benckiser plc of the success of its recommended cash offer for the entire issued share capital of SSL.
