Bellsouth Corp 26 June 2006 BellSouth Board of Directors Declares 90th Quarterly Dividend For Immediate Release June 26, 2006 ATLANTA -- The board of directors of BellSouth Corporation (NYSE: BLS) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 29 cents per common share. The second-quarter dividend is payable August 1, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2006.
