The Board of the Company announces that, with effect from 31 December 2007, Sir
Andrew Hugh Smith will retire as Chairman and non-executive Director of the
Company.

The Board would like to thank Sir Andrew for his considerable contribution
throughout his time as Chairman and would like to wish him well for the future.

Mr Richard Last, who has been a non-executive Director since the Company's
establishment, has been appointed Chairman with effect from 1 January 2008.
