Further to the announcement released by the Company on 12 June 2019 (RNS Number: 9622B) (the "12 June Announcement"), dealings in the 2,397,364 ordinary shares of 10 pence each that were issued and allotted by the Company on 12 June 2019 will commence on 1 July 2019 and not on or around 26 June 2019, as stated in the 12 June Announcement.
