ISSUE OF EQUITY

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission to the
official list for 27,625 new ordinary shares issued by the Company under its
dividend reinvestment scheme.

Following this the Company's issued share capital is now 14,945,463 ordinary
shares.
