                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on Friday 6 August that on that date Mr. Robert
Pettigrew, a director of the Company, purchased 17,500 ordinary shares of 10p
each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of the Company, representing 0.11 per
cent of the issued share capital. Following this purchase, Mr. Pettigrew has an
interest in 17,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11 per cent of the issued
share capital.
