Following the announcement dated 9 May 2007 that the Company's C Shares of 50p
each have converted into new ordinary shares of 10p each and deferred shares of
10p, the directors announce that the admission of the C Shares to the Official
List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities
is to be cancelled forthwith.
