Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price, in respect of the fourth interim dividend for 2012/13, which is proposed to be paid on 09 August 2013, is 590.3p.

The deadline for receipt of a mandate by the registrars (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5pm on 19 July 2013.
