Scrip Divided Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price, in respect of the fourth interim dividend, which is proposed to be paid on 12 August 2011, is 600.2p.

The deadline for receipt of a mandate by the registrars (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5pm on Friday 22 July 2011.
