2002, pursuant to sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Fidelity
International Limited and its various direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Mr
Edward C Johnson 3rd, the principal shareholder of Fidelity International
Limited, no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.
