Dividend Declaration

The Company hereby confirms that the third interim dividend for 2014/15 of 6.92 pence per share (the 'Dividend'), as announced on 27 January 2015, will be a property income distribution. The Company will not be offering a scrip alternative with this Dividend.

The key dates for the Dividend are detailed below.

Ex-dividend date	26 March 2015
Record date	27 March 2015
