The British Land Company PLC announces that it was today notified of the
following transaction in the Company's ordinary 25p shares by a Director of
the Company:
The sale today by Michael Cassidy of 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of
484.5p, and the sale by his wife, Rose Amelia Cassidy, of 5,000 ordinary
shares at the same price.
