The British Land Company PLC announces the following transactions in the
Company's ordinary shares of 25p by Mr Nicholas Ritblat, a Director of the
Company:
The sale of 1,838 shares at a price of 384p per share and the subsequent
purchase into his Individual Savings Account of 1,800 shares at 385.75p per
share on 6th April 2000. The transactions were notified to the Company on 7th
April 2000.
