Company's ordinary shares of 25p.
On 3 December 2002 Mr Michael Cassidy, a director of the Company, purchased
8,000 shares and his wife, Mrs Amelia Cassidy, purchased 1,500 shares, all at an
average price of 434.8309p per share.
