Director's share interests
The British Land Company PLC announces that it received notification today of
the following transaction by a Director of the Company in the Company's
ordinary shares of 25p each:
The purchase by Mr Derek Higgs of 5,000 shares at a price of 474p each on 30th
March 2001.
