The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that on 01 June 2016, Aubrey Adams, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 730 pence per share.

The transaction referred to above took place in London and the Company was notified on 01 June 2016.
