The Company announces that on 29 September 2015, Jean-Marc Vandevivere, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 32,866 British Land ordinary shares at a price of 827.4674 pence per share.  

The above transaction took place in London and the Company was notified on 29 September 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
