The Company announces that it has been notified that, on 19 September 2014, Simon Carter, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, transferred 3,850 shares to his wife, Andrea Carter. Following the transfer Mr Carter's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
