Notification of monthly investment and Dividend Share Purchase in the British Land Share Incentive Plan ('SIP')

Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustees'), Trustees of the British Land SIP, notified the Company on 14^th August 2012 that on 14^th  August 2012 they acquired Partnership and Matching Shares on behalf of the Company's executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities as outlined below. The Trustees also notified the Company on 13^th August 2012 that they acquired on 10^th August 2012 Dividend Shares on behalf of the Company's executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities also outlined below.
