The shares allotted to Lord Turnbull, Richard Pym and Dido Harding were pursuant to their standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of their directors' fees. The shares allotted to Clive Cowdery were pursuant to his standing instruction to receive all his shares as total satisfaction of his directors' fees.
