The Company announces that it received notification on 15 February 2011 from the Trustees of The British Land Share Ownership Plan (the 'Trust') that on 15 February 2011 the Trust released 116,877 ordinary 25p shares of the Company to Charles Maudsley, a Director of the Company, under the Company's Charles Maudsley 2010 Restricted Share Plan. Following this vesting, on 15 February 2011, Mr. Maudsley sold 59,775 of these shares, all at a price of 550.5p per share.
