On 25th September 2006, awards made on 25th September 2003, under the British
Land Long-Term Incentive Plan, vested as set out below on attainment of the
performance target.

Following this vesting, on 25th September 2006, Robert Bowden sold 16,845 shares
and Graham Roberts sold 32,993 shares, all at a price of 1,358.3022p per share.

Also, on 25th September 2006, Michael Cassidy sold 600 shares at a price of
1,361p per share.
