Directors of the Company from 1st April 2006, have any details that are required
to be disclosed under this section, apart from under 9.6.13R (1) as follows:

Kate Swann is currently Chief Executive Officer of WH Smith PLC and also a
non-executive Director of Lambert Howarth Group PLC.
