27/3/01 by Quilter Investment Management ('QIM') of a material interest in
2,500,000 Ordinary shares representing 10 percent in the company by virtue of
holdings in funds managed by QIM as follows: Quilter Global Unit Trust - 
1,925,000, Commercial Union Quilter Nominees - 135,000, CUIM Nominees -
440,000.
