On 17 March 2000, 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company were
allotted to Mr James Story, a director of the Company, upon the exercise of an
option at a subscription price of 100p per share. Following this transaction,
Mr Story is interested in 53,620 ordinary shares, representing 0.04 per cent.
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
