Investment in Olly Limited

Braveheart (AIM: BRH), the AIM-listed specialist in growth capital investments for business angels, high net worth individuals and family offices,  announces that Envestors Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, has closed a £1 million fundraising for Olly Limited. The amount is part of a £3 million total raised since March 2010 by the private company that produces Olly the Little White Van, a highly creative animated children's TV series.

Following its June 2011 debut on CiTV and ITV1, the programme is being broadcast twice daily from 5 September, and continues to grow its ratings.  By 7 August the series saw an increase of 233% in viewers from its first episode, outperforming pre-school competition in its timeslot. The funds raised will go towards making and marketing a new series. The property is the first of several planned by Ideas at Work, a creative company founded by the children's advertising specialist Henry Becket, who is also CEO of Olly Limited.  An experienced team has been assembled from the licensing, toys, broadcast and digital sectors to help drive Ideas at Work.

Scott Haughton, Director of Envestors, said: "Olly impressed us as a business model entirely different from its industry peers - one that creates a holistic brand with 21st century tools, and is serviced by highly talented people."

Henry Becket, CEO of Olly Limited, added: "Olly the Little White Van is increasingly popular online and offline as well as on air.It has been hard work and that continues, but also enjoyable. We have had great support from Envestors in London and Jersey."

Notes to Editors

Braveheart Investment Group makes and manages investments in young, emerging British companies, specialising in building tax efficient portfolios for business angels, high net worth individuals and family offices. Braveheart was founded in 1997 by a small group of investors to encourage and syndicate investments in privately held companies that offered opportunities for significant growth. Fourteen years on, Braveheart is a public company with a demonstrable track record in technology investing, an established client base and various funds under management.  The Group has offices in Perth, London, Yorkshire and Jersey with franchise operations in Dubai and Manchester.

Investments are made in unlisted companies where there is potential for significant growth through successful commercialisation of IP. Through close relationships with leading universities and innovation centres, Braveheart has access to a wide variety of emerging commercial opportunities at early stages. There are currently some 45 companies in Braveheart's diverse portfolio (includes all companies where the Group has a financial interest) and it has completed more than 90 deals.

Following the 2010 acquisition of Envestors Limited, the London based specialist corporate finance advisory business, Braveheart offers a unique and comprehensive suite of tax efficient products to high net worth investors.
