Appointment of Kenmore Property Group Finance Director as Non-executive Director

Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH), the technology commercialisation and
investment management company, today announces that it has appointed Ken Brown
as non-executive director with effect from 12 September.

Ken Brown, full name John Kenneth Brown, aged 50, has been Finance Director of
Kenmore Property Group since 1999, however will be standing down in the coming 
months.  During his time with Kenmore its gross assets grew from £40 million to
£1.7 billion and its profits from £1 million to £30 million.  He has extensive
experience of negotiating corporate acquisitions and disposals, structuring
joint venture and property fund arrangements and of arranging both equity and
debt finance. Prior to joining Kenmore he spent 12 years as Group Finance
Director of two quoted companies. Ken is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
