Significant Contract Wins

 

Brave Bison, the social and digital media company, is pleased to announce the signing of two new significant contracts with an aggregate value of £1.7m (the "Contracts"). The Contracts will be delivered in the next six to nine months, and provide further revenue visibility for the current financial year.

 

The Contracts have been won across both Brave Bison Social & Influencer, the Company's social media advertising practice, and Brave Bison Commerce, the Company's digital commerce practice.

 

Brave Bison Social & Influencer has entered into a new engagement with a multi-billion-dollar global fintech company to provide influencer marketing services.

 

Brave Bison Commerce has entered into a new engagement with a leading UK office and stationery supply store to provide ecommerce technology services.

 

In addition to the Contracts, Brave Bison has now won a total of 16 new customers since the acquisition of Greenlight in September 2021, including Avalara, Feefo, Paperchase, Lloyds Direct, Autoglym, MKM and World Economic Forum.

 

Brave Bison looks forward to updating shareholders further in a trading update in respect of H1 2022 in mid-July 2022.
