Swallowfield plc is pleased to announce that, with the exception of Resolution 11 (disapplication of pre-emption rights), Resolution 12 (authorisation of the market purchase of own shares) and Resolution 13 (adoption of new articles) all of the resolutions presented by the Board to members were duly approved at today's AGM.
